Citywide Sidewalk Construction Phase I The Proposal Form shall be accompanied by a Proposal Guarantee in the form of Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Satisfactory Bid Bond in the amount of 10% (ten percent) of the bid for one year, but not more than $20,000.00. Proposal is to be enclosed in a sealed envelope and distinctly show the name of the Bidder and marked on the outside: CITYWIDE SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION PHASE I All bids must be presented in quadruplicate on the Proposal Forms provided and bids not on the Proposal Forms so provided may be rejected. Appropriately checked literature must accompany each copy of the Proposal Form. Bidders are required to comply with N.J.S.A. 34-11 - 56.25 regulating wages on Public Works, Affirmative Action, N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.
