The Town of Ajax is soliciting Bids from pre-qualified Consultants for the supply of all labour, equipment, products, fuel, overhead and materials necessary to complete boreholes, in even intervals of approximately 100m apart (or as directed by the Contract Administrator), with locations determined by the Consultant and approved by the Town to an average depth of +-1m at various locations within the Town of Ajax. The Works shall include but is not limited to reports that provide detailed existing surface and subsurface conditions for the various locations in preparation for future projects. Electronic Bid Submission Only. Public Opening: No Bid submissions received by any other method shall be rejected unless the Town has instructed otherwise within the Bid Document or by published Addendum. Works to commence on or about Tuesday, November 01, 2022. The Contract will be for a 1 year term with the Town reserving the option to renew the Contract for two additional, 1 year terms, based on the Company providing satisfactory performance of the Contract and the Town's review at the anniversary date of each term.
