Demolition and site work for a residential development in Hornell, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Notice is hereby given that the Steuben County Land Bank Corporation (SCLBC) and Arbor Housing Development will receive quotes per specifications for Demolition of One (1) Structure . Successful bidder shall demolish all buildings (sheds, outbuildings, foundations, etc.) at each location and load all debris (including but not limited to tires, vehicles, concrete, etc.) from the site into walking floor tractor trailer and vehicles provided by the SCLBC. All debris shall be prepared for transport per Department of Labor Code 56, Section 11.5. 2. All debris shall be delivered to a New York State permitted disposal facility that can accept such material, at no cost to the successful bidder. 3. Successful bidder will be responsible for traffic control if necessary as well as any damage to adjacent structures or property. 4. Successful bidder shall not backfill basement(s) with any debris. Any gravel or topsoil that will be used for backfilling must be included in the bid price or may be provided by SCLBC which can be discussed upon signing of contracts. 5. Contractor shall secure the excavation sites by installing a stable orange safety fence around the perimeter of each structure site after all debris has been removed. 6. Successful bidder is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, licenses, approvals, etc., for carrying out the scope of work described herein, including all utilities (private or public). 7. All work must be completed by _Wednesday, March 1, 2023.
