TIMELINE: Project is con conceptual and in the early stages of scoping the architectural, technical, and other consulting requirements. The provincial government has announced a one-time capital investment of $1.4 million to support the construction of the two new buildings within the correctional facilities as well as $1.2 million in annual staffing and operating costs. Updates will be made upon owner's decision to proceed with procurement opportunities which will be posted p[publicly on Merx.
