Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Kingston, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 12,300-square-foot, 128-bed elderly care / assisted living facility.

The County of Frontenac invites qualified service providers to submit quotations for roof repairs at Fairmount Home located at 2069 Battersea Rd, Glenburnie, Ontario. The scope of this project is to provide a proposal for all material, labour, overhead and all other expenses as necessary to repair seams, transitions, and membrane roofing materials to eliminate and prevent leaks on the home's roof areas including: 1. Repair of Fairmount Home's roof that is approximately 12,300 sq. ft. 2. Repair of dormers 3. Repair of main entry roof Timelines for the repairs must be broken down to identify repairs that are immediately required, repairs that should be completed within 1 - 2 years and repairs that should be considered in more than 2 years.
