Salt Lake Community College (SLCC) is requesting bids for the construction of the following project - Salt Lake Community College (SLCC) Taylorsville Redwood Campus Alder Amphitheater Redesign Construction Cost Estimate: $ 2,370,000.00 Completion Time: 245 days Liquidated Damages: $800.00 A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, made payable to Salt Lake Community College on the AIA Document A310 - 2010 Bid Bond, or equivalent, shall accompany the bid submission. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all sub-contractors who have previously performed unsatisfactorily for the Owner or who do not meet the requirements specified in other sections of these specifications 21112.
