Granite School District is requesting the services of a General Contractor to perform a remodel to the baseball and softball dugouts at Taylorsville High School, 5225 S Redwood Road, Taylorsville, Utah. This includes items such as: o Demolition of baseball dugouts roof, structure, and walls, and selective demolition of chain-link fencing at baseball and softball fields and dugouts. o New metal roof structure at baseball dugouts to match softball dugouts. o New metal stud walls with exterior sheathing. o New brick veneer. Questions must be submitted by Monday, December 12, 2022 at 10:30 AM. All questions must be submitted via the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P). Contractor is responsible for reviewing the responses to any questions posted to U3P and acknowledges that all responses become an integral part of the bid package and project requirements.
