Reference number : 1645983 Review Title : Snow removal services for roads and parking lots - Parc national des Iles-de-Boucherville Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-10-11 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 36 The Societe des establishments de plein air du Quebec (the Sepaq ) wishes to retain the services of a supplier interested in providing snow removal services for roads and parking lots (the Services ) for the Parc national des Iles-de- Boucherville (the Establishment ) located at 55, ile Sainte-Marguerite, PO Box 310 Boucherville (Quebec) J4B 5J6. The Services will be provided in accordance with the general and specific conditions attached to the Quotation provided for in Appendix A (the Quotation ). The Contract is valid for a period of three (3) winter periods, namely from November 8, 2022 to April 30, 2023, from November 1 , 2023 to April 30, 2024 and from November 1 , 2024 to April 30, 2025, unless is terminated in accordance with the provisions provided for this purpose in the Contract. Part A: Roads to be cleared The snow removal area for the main road from the entrance to the Establishment to the visitor parking lot is 24,600 m2; The snow removal area for the access road to the workshop and the administration is 2,400 m2; Road snow removal also includes lowering snow curbs covering road signs (stop signs, arrows, etc.); The snow must be completely removed by accumulating it on the edges of the paths. Section B: Parking lots to be cleared The surface area of parking lot P1 (Grande-Riviere sector) is 10,700 m2 (including access roads); The area of the P2 parking lot (Saint-Laurent sector) is 11,500 m2 (including access roads); The parking area of the workshop is 4,000 m2.
