Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Fishers, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility.

1. Remove the materials that have been used to block the door opening in the north end of the southeast wall to restore this to a door opening, and remove the existing sliding door. This door is not to be replaced. Removed material to be placed in a roll-off dumpster provided by the Owner. 2. Remove and replace nine (9) 2x12 and nine (9) 3x12 wall planks. Removed material to be placed in a roll-off dumpster provided by the Owner. 3. Remove and replace 2x8 corner braces. Removed material to be placed in a roll-off dumpster provided by the Owner. 4. All waste disposal to be arranged and paid for directly by the Owner at no cost to Quoter 5. Furnish and install all new eyebolts in top cable system. 6. Furnish and install new top cable runs between corresponding columns in the northwest and southeast walls to eliminate the existing angled cables running from these walls to the adjacent walls. 7. Tighten all new and existing cables in the top cable system. 8. Form and pour reinforced concrete foundations to support the exterior kickers along the southwest wall. 9. Furnish and install all required Epoxy Anchor Rods and epoxy for the foundations outlined above. 10. Furnish and install kickers along the southwest wall, as discussed above, including all connection hardware from the kickers to the wall columns and from the kickers to the concrete foundations. Fishers reserves the right to reject any or all Quotes or to waive any informalities and to accept the Quote that it deems most favorable to Fishers after all Quotes have been examined and reviewed. Fishers shall award the contract for the public work to the lowest responsible and responsive quoter. All Quotes are subject to approval by the Board of Public Works and Safety.
