Reference number : 1645925 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-10-11 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 36 The Society of Outdoor Establishments of Quebec (the Sepaq ) wishes to retain the services of a supplier interested in providing snow removal services for roads and parking lots (the Services ) for Parc national du Mont-Saint- Bruno (the Establishment ) located at 330, rang des 25 Est, Saint-Bruno (Quebec) J3V 4P6 . The Services will be provided in accordance with the general and specific conditions attached to the Quotation provided for in Appendix A (the Quotation ). The Contract is valid for a period of three (3) winter periods, namely from November 8, 2022 to April 30, 2023, from November 1 , 2023 to April 30, 2024 and from November 1 , 2024 to April 30, 2025, unless is terminated in accordance with the provisions provided for this purpose in the Contract. Part A: Roads to be cleared The snow removal area for the main entrance road from Rang des 25 Street to the Discovery and Services Center is 8,800 m2; The snow removal area for the Seigneurial trail from the Discovery and Services Center to Rabastaliere Road is 5,000 m2; The snow removal area for the access road to the warehouse is 2,000 m2; Road snow removal also includes lowering snow curbs covering road signs (stop signs, arrows, etc.); The snow must be completely removed by accumulating it on the edges of the paths. Section B: Parking lots to be cleared The area of Parking 1 is 8,900 m2; The area of parking lot 2 is 9,400 m2; The area of parking lot 3 is 9,000 m2; The area of the parking lot and the access road to the workshop is 1,250 m2; The surface area of the parking lot and the access road to the Maison Murray building (690, chemin de la Rabastaliere Est) is 350 m2; The surface area of the parking lot and the access road to the Vieux Moulin building (720, chemin de la Rabastaliere Est) is 150 m2.
