VALIDITY OF SUBMISSIONS The tender is valid for a period of forty-five (45) days from the date of opening of tenders. Only bids from contractors having an establishment in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement and holding, where applicable, the license required under the Building Act (RSQ cB-1.1). Tendering contractors are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their tenders. All tenders must be made in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation respecting construction contracts of public bodies adopted under the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (RSQ, c. C-65.1, r. 5). Any bidder interested in entering into a contract of $25,000 or more with the PUBLIC BODY must hold an attestation from Revenu Québec (ARQ). The tenderer must submit the certificate (ARQ) to the CSSP with his tender when filing it, otherwise his tender will be automatically rejected. The certificate from Revenu Québec must be valid until the end of the 3-month period following the month in which it was issued.
