Furnish labor, materials and services necessary to remove snow and ice at the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee's (HACM) Cherry Court Development located at 1525 North 24th Street, Milwaukee, WI 53205 per the following: Work will be on an as-needed continuous basis to assure that all areas listed in the scope of work are completely clear of all snow and/or ice. Work to be completed within 24 hours after the end of each period of precipitation. Snow and ice to be removed from alleys, parking lots, stairs, ramps, trash can areas and all common areas throughout the entire development. Contractor must remove snow and ice from all parking stalls when available. This contract will be effective November 22nd, 2022 through April 15th, 2023, with the option to extend for up to an additional four one-year periods upon mutual consent of both parties.
