Renovation of an office development in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.
The goal of this project is to upgrade multiple buildings with existing systems to new more energy efficient systems that integrates with existing controllers along with any new controllers as described in Appendix-B. The contractor shall provide all equipment and work required to remove existing equipment and perform any required modifications to existing Air Handling Unit panels (holes, sealing), sleepers, drain holes to ensure proper installation of the equipment and to maintain the integrity of DHW tanks and AHUs. All structural, mechanical, electrical, and control work scopes should comply to the reminder of this section and the engineering drawings/specifications presented in Appendix-B of this RFP. The contractor shall provide a copy of the performance curves rated for Halifax climate for all chillers and Air-Source Heatpump along with preliminary- schedule as part of this RFP.
