Renovation of a municipal facility in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Work includes selective demolition and renovations at an existing NSLC store in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents. Refer to NSLC procurement documents for bidding instructions and options, forms and contract terms and conditions. The specifications have been prepared to include instructions that apply to the building being renovated, with the building-specific scope of work illustrated by the Contract Drawings; the Drawings and Specifications shall be read together as a whole to determine requirements. General Contractor is responsible for obtaining and payment of any and all permits applicable to the project work. The Successful Bidder shall be required to start work the first week of January 2023.
