Renovation of a medical facility in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
IWK Health is issuing this Request for Proposal to renovate the Level 3 Children's Building refrigeration room including supply and install of refrigeration equipment. The renovation will be completed in two phases to ensure the refrigeration room remains operational and accessible to IWK personnel during the renovation. The first phase will be to demolish, and asbestos abate an area prior to construction of the new insulated refrigeration room and equipment. The second phase will be the removal of the former refrigeration equipment and insulated room, abatement of that space and refinishing of abated space for future use.
