Renovation of an educational facility in King City, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project is for the removal of three (3) free-standing structures housing the sewage treatment equipment and the emergency generator. Supply and installation of new free standing structures. Associated work will include: providing new supports as necessary for the new structures, as well as electrical work for temporarily disconnecting/removing and subsequent reconnection of electrical equipment as necessary to do the work. Provision for temporary power supply will also need to be included. Bidders are to provide design-build options for the structures housing the following; (1) Sewage Treatment Equipment, (2) Emergency generator, and (3) There shall also be a separate proposal for the Supply and Installation of a single 10'x10' steel container. (4) There shall also be a separate proposal for electrical upgrades in the two structures housing sewage treatment equipment. Bidders shall submit a price for several options depending on the type of structure as described in the detailed scope of work. The approximate timeline is as follows: i. Mobilization: April 2023 ii.
