Project: The Town of East Lyme is accepting bids to conduct a feasibility study on the future use of the East Lyme Community Center which houses the following departments: East Lyme Parks & Recreation/Youth Services - East Lyme Public Library - East Lyme Registrar of Voters - East Lyme Senior Center Project Details: o Site Assessment o Expansion of building on current site o Building Assessment o Expansion/renovation possibilities o Current condition and usage level o Parking Lot Assessment o Traffic flow and improved lighting o Meet with affected departments and user groups for their input o Committee meetings with affected departments over the course of the project o Conceptual design o Renderings o Draft presentation of idea and final presentation prior to published report o Public Meeting Questions: All questions should be done via e-mail and addressed to: Lisa Timothy - Director of the East Lyme Public Library ltimothy@ely.lioninc.org
