Renovation of an educational facility in Moscow, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include Generally, the scope includes installing mechanically fastened protection board over the existing BUR roof and installing a new mechanically attached, single ply system with adhered wall flashings and new copings the Base bid. An allowance of $15,000 is included for repair and/or replacement of the existing clay tiles. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work. Generally, the scope ofthe base bid includes: a. Install mechanically fastened protection board over the existing SBS roof field system. b. Install mechanically fastened PVC roofsystem over new protection board. c. Install adhered felt back PVC parapet flashings. d. Install new coping
