The City of DeSoto is seeking Proposals from qualified firms for the provision of Construction Owner's Representative services relating to the construction of a Recreation and Indoor Aquatics Center ("Aquatics Center"), in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Request for Proposals. The City has completed a feasibility study that estimated the cost of the Aquatics Center to be in excess of $50 million and has issued an RFQ for architectural services to design the facility. The City intends to utilize the Construction Manager at Risk method of project delivery and is seeking Construction Owner's Representative services to advise the City throughout the process of completing the project and to serve as the City's Owner's Representative for managed subcontractors. Any questions regarding the specifications and solicitation process should be submitted via the QuestioN and Answer Requests for clarification and additional information must be received prior to the deadline for Submission of Questions on October 12, 2022 at 5:00 p.m The City of DeSoto reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals, in whole or in part, with or without cause, to waive any irregularities and/or technicalities, and to award the contract on such coverage and terms it deems will best serve the interests of the City The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
