The City of Vancouver is seeking bids from qualified HVAC duct cleaning contractors to provide HVAC duct cleaning at City owned buildings. The ducts may be either in the floors or above the ceilings. Currently, fire stations are set to clean even numbered stations on even years and odd numbered on odd years, this is subject to change. The City does not guarantee usage of this contract for work authorized in the Bid Documents. The City may use this contract, may perform this work in-house, or may instead select other contractors through other mechanisms such as the City Small Works Roster or using direct quotes, as suited to the City's need. Contractors are not guaranteed any work within this Contract. This contract is for the convenience of the City and does not carry any estimates as to how much could be spent through this Contract. Engineer's Estimate: $150,000 The City intends to award one contract for a period of five (5) years. Questions Due Date: Oct 6th 2022, 3:00 PM PDT
