Plumbing and Electrical at 214 Crestview Circle Approximate Project Start Date is expected to be 12/15/2022 The Contractor agrees to provide those parts described in the bid documents to the Lafayette City-Parish Consolidated Government, on an as needed basis, for a period of one (1) year from the date the contract is executed or date the purchase order is issued. The successful vendor shall be required to furnish a Certificate of Insurance, including Items I, II, III, V and VII with limits as shown in the table below, all for approval by the Lafayette Consolidated Government Risk Management Division. Questions regarding submitting this quote may be directed to Thomas Metrejean at 337-291-8088. The plumbing portion of the bid is being rebid and the new deadline is November 7 at 5 PM.
