Site work, renovation and addition to a transportation facility in Laval, Quebec. Completed plans call for the addition of a 216,700-square-foot, two-story above grade transportation facility; for the renovation of a 200,000-square-foot, two-story above grade transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.
Phase IV of the Transportation Centre expansion project includes the construction of an additional structure designed for parking and maintenance of different types of buses. The spaces for parking, traffic, refueling, storage and maintenance of the buses will be optimized and will allow to use the land to its full potential. As a result of the project implementation all owner's bus maintenance and technical service units and administrative offices will be located in one place. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded a general contractor following public tender 2022-P-06.
