The Work consists of repairing, strengthening, and protecting exterior masonry around the original Salt Lake Community College (SLCC) South City Campus (SCC) Building. Owner-Furnished Items: The following products will be furnished by Owner and shall be installed by Contractor as part of the Work: 1. Damaged, loose, or missing masonry and tile that is removed from the wall and parapets under repair will be restored and re-used if found to be in good condition. 2. Damaged, loose, or missing cast stone/terra cotta pieces that are removed from repair areas will be repaired, restored, and reused whenever possible. 3. Replacement pieces of masonry and/or decorative tile that are deemed to be unusable may be removed from a closed in salvage area near the southwest corner of the building. The contractor will be required to replace all elements removed from the salvage area with similar materials and restore the water tightness of the salvage area.
