Supply and install oil heating system in Fire Station. - The Franklin Regional Council of Governments (FRCOG) will receive price quotes on behalf of the Town of New Salem for a Replacement Oil Fire Hydronic Boiler Heating System at the New Salem Fire Department located at 33 South Main St. in New Salem, MA. Remove existing oil-fired boiler, remove from property and properly dispose of said boiler Prepare and install new Utica TRIFIRE TRB7180 oil fire hydronic boiler or equivalent on owners' Approval. Unit must be sufficient to heat 6,000 sf garage and office space. The heating unit must be capable of cold start operation. Tie in all electrical controls to boiler Replace oil line Replace all check valves Replace all air valves, and air separator Replace expansion tank Add new oil filter cartridges to the lines Remove and replace venting to chimney Install hook up supply and return line to new boiler Complete start up process and procedures Provide manual of operation to the Fire Chief Complete all related and appropriate installation requirements as needed Provide manufactures' 10-year commercial warranty or better Provide Installers one year warranty or better Electrical work to be completed by MA licensed electrician. Time of completion - 30 calendar days from date of award notice is desired This is a turnkey project and all incidentals and needed items shall be included in the Quote.
