Site work for a mixed-use development in Beaufort, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for site work for a educational facility; and fire / police facility.

Carteret Community College ("CCC") seeks proposals from qualified organizations to provide engineering service and a fire training container system equipment. Any site preparation necessary prior to delivery of the Facility must be determined by working concurrently with CCC's licensed general contractor (which will be established under a separate bid). The equipment delivery site is 241 Laurel Road, Beaufort, North Carolina. The successful proposer will provide training on site for at least 12 instructors (train-the-trainer course) will include the operation of Facility while instructing firefighters and emergency rescue personnel in the techniques described in Specifications. The tower must be able to withstand winds up to 150 miles per hour. The Scope of Work requires: Acquisition, configuration, and installation (under the supervision of the licensed general contractor selected by CCC under a separate bid) of a Live Fire Trainer System that best meets the specifications included in Exhibit A - Specifications. Train up to 12 Instructors on the operation of the new system according to its intended use. A one-year warranty on the mobile facility and a 5-year guarantee for replacement parts. The College reserves the right to be the sole judge as to the overall acceptability of any proposal or to judge the individual merits of specific provisions within competing offers; and its decision will be final. Carteret Community College is not obligated to accept the lowest proposal and reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
