For Systems Maintenance and Repair Services in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties Contractor License Type Contractor License Type Description C-27 Landscaping Contractor C-31 Construction Zone Traffic Control Contractor Bidders Minimum Qualifications 1. Contractor shall be properly licensed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and shall possess a C27 Landscaping Contractor license and a C31 Construction Zone Traffic Control Contractor license issued by the California Contractors State Licensing Board (CSLB). 2. Bidder shall possess at the time of bid submittal and for the duration of the Agreement, a valid and current registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). 3. By submitting its bid, Bidder certifies, under penalty of perjury, that its Contractors State License Board (CSLB) license is in a classification appropriate to the work to be undertaken as identified in the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit A, Scope of Work, Attachment 13. This requirement has also been added in the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit E, Attachment 13. Refer to Section C, Bid Requirements and Information, Section 11, Contractors License, for submittal requirements. 4. Failure of Bidder to sufficiently provide any or all the minimum qualifications, in the opinion of Caltrans, will result in the Bidders bid deemed non-responsive.
