This project calls for the replacement of two (2) existing fifteen (15) ton AAON split systems with two (2) new fifteen (15) ton DX split unit systems, along with new programmable thermostats, control wiring, refrigerant lines, refrigerant, condensate lines, insulation, ductwork, electrical wiring, support for piping A/C units, removal and disposal of old units, installation and start up of new split system units. The City of La Feria reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formalities in the bidding or to accept the bid to the best and most advantageous to the City. Bids may be held by City of La Feria or a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award.
