All emails pertaining to this project should have "City of La Feria Public Works Building Renovation Project" included in the subject line The City of La Feria reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all bids, waive any or all formalities, or technicalities, and to accept the bid to the best and most advantageous to the City and holds the bids for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidders' qualifications prior to the contract award.
