Hazardous material abatement, which includes asbestos and regulated items, is part of this project. The contractor shall be responsible for transport and disposal of all materials to include hazardous materials with proof of chain of custody from the demolition to the disposal site. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, supervision, insurance and labor as may be required for demolition, removal and disposal of an approximately 1,200 SF single story concrete block building, chain link fencing, posts/concrete bases, concrete slab and any footings, capping of water and sewer lines and the removal of the septic tank.
