Renovation of a transportation facility in Romulus, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The Wayne County Airport Authority (Airport Authority) is soliciting bids from general contractors, construction managers and other businesses that meet the qualifications set forth herein for the McNamara Terminal - Passenger Restroom Upgrades project. The project includes upgrades to all of the public-facing restrooms including Men's, Women's and Family facilities. This work will be phased to mitigate inconvenience to passengers and to coordinate with other apron and gate projects. (The Contract resulting from this solicitation is subject to Davis-Bacon Act Wages Requirements.)
