Site work for a mixed-use development in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
Project was awarded to Jackson Construction, for $10,499,744.25. Phase 1B of the Northside IV 24-inch water transmission main will extend from Heritage Trace Parkway, just west of Business Highway 287, to Bonds Ranch Road. The major work includes: 9,120 linear feet of 24-inch DIP, steel AWWA C200 or concrete AWWA C303 water line by open cut 1,170 linear feet of 24-inch DIP, steel AWWA C200 or concrete AWWA C303 water carrier pipe 1,100 linear feet of 42-inch steel casing pipe by other than open cut 80 linear feet of 42-inch steel casing pipe by open cut 60 linear feet of 16-inch water pipe by open cut 70 linear feet of 12-inch water pipe by open cut Design and construction of cathodic protection system Flow transfer station Completion Fate: 460 Calendar Days
