The University of Ottawa desires to establish a contract with a qualified and experienced vendor to manage equipment which includes installation, moves and maintenance of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing etc. The services awarded through this RFP to the Primary Provider are described in section 1.3.1.1 Summary of Work and 1.3.1.2 Responsibilities. The list of Services in this RFSQ is as follows and is subject to change at the University's discretion: Plumbing Electrical HVAC/Mechanical Instrumentation/Controls Installations/Calibrations/Repairs/Relocations/Maintenance In response to the evolving and significant exceptional circumstance regarding the spread of Coronavirus COVID-19 in Canada and internationally and the interest or the health and safety of the University Community while ensuring, to the extent possible, the continuity of University operations and activities, the University is open but has put in place temporary measures to manage situation and to be consistent with the advice of public health officials. Such temporary measures may need to change and take immediate effects as Coronavirus COVID-19 situation evolves. Please consult the University's website for updates. The cooperation of contractors, consultants, suppliers and vendors is necessary as we try to maintain and pursue our projects and projects schedules in a safe and responsible manner.
