Renovation of an educational facility in Appleton, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Requesting bids for the replacement of the roof on the Appleton Public Montessori School located within Plamann Park in Appleton. Outagamie County is requesting bids for the replacement of the roof on the Plamann Center Building, which is being used as the Appleton Public Montessori School, and located within Plamann Park. The Plamann Center Building is located at 1545 E Broadway Dr in Appleton. Reference the following Project Manual for drawings and specifications regarding the project scope: Specialty Engineering Group, LLC's Project Manual, Project #15292 issue date June 14, 2022 (85 pages) Work hours will be Monday through Friday from 7:00 am watertight. A contract will be issued by November 10, 2022. The Contractor could begin no sooner than June 6, 2023 and project must achieve substantial completion no later than 2:00 pm August 25, 2023. Failure to achieve substantial completion by August 25th will result in a $250.00 per calendar day liquidated damages penalty.
