Toledo Area Regional Transit Author-ity 1:TARTA) is now accepting StatGments of Qualifications (socii for an Engineer-ing Consultant (Environmental) to provide engineering services related to the Site Selection/Alternative Site Analysis HUB Project. Careful attention must be paid to all requested items contained in this Request for Qualifications pFal, a full copy of whic Ii is avaibIG at: tarta,cominews-alerts/tarta-busi-nessio pen- procurements, 300.s submitted for evaluation by inter-ested firms shall be evaluated according to the following criteria: a Qualifica-tions; b) Ability of professional person-nel; c Past record and experience,: dl Performance data on file; Cl Willingness to meet time and budget requirements,: and f) Workload. Proposed costs shall not be considered in the evaluation of proposals unless and until contract nGgotiations commence. This entire set of documents constitutes the RFQ. Interested firms must respond completely and in the same numeri-cal order in which the RFo. is issued. An interested firms notes, exceptions,. and coin it may be rendered on an attac hment, provided the same format of the SOO text is followed.
