The contract will be awarded to the bidder deemed by the awarding authority to be the lowest responsible and eligible bidder.The 'Work' consists of demolition and removal, along with reclaiming of materials if applicable, of the barn structure located at 242 King Street, Littleton, MA 01460. Project completion shall be described in Section D, Scope of Work Statement.The Work must begin within (30) thirty calendar days after award of project. The Work will be substantially completed within 30 days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
