Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada's Lethbridge Research and Development Centre at 5403 1st Avenue South, Lethbridge Alberta requires a Contractor to provide Chiller Maintenance services on an "as and when required" basis on various Centrifugal and Reciprocating Water-Cooled Chillers. The type of chiller maintenance includes annual winter preventative maintenance, spring start up, maintenance checks, troubleshooting and repairs, equipment installation and decommission and emergency services when equipment has failed. A detailed description of the services can be found in the RFSO documents, ANNEX A, Statement of Work. Estimated quantity of commodity: $87,500.00 per year for a total of $350,000.00, including any option years, (Goods and Services tax or Harmonized sales tax not included). Canada intends to complete the review of bid submissions received and award a Standing Offer for January 1, 2023. The period of the Standing Offer will be for 1 calendar year with the possibility to extend the Standing Offer for 3 additional 1 year periods.
