The County is proposing a two-year time frame in which to complete community outreach, a brownfield site inventory, Phase I and Phase Il Environmental Site Assessments (ESA), as well as cleanup planning if needed. Awarded funding will support economic development projects expected to generate positive outcomes for the community.
