Provide maintenance and semi-annual inspections to IDOC (Hill Correctional Center) for all HVAC equipment within the facility and ICI building. Will provide repair and maintenance of other machinery, electric and mechanical equipment as needed including materials. Is this a Small Business Set Aside Procurement: No Is there a BEP/VBP Participation Goal : No Initial Term One Year (1) - Regular Hourly Rate for maintenance of facility HVAC systems. Unit of measure will be hourly and the number will be annual estimated hours. Approximately 10 hours a month for a total of 120 hours per year. Initial Term One Year (1) - Overtime hourly rate for maintenance of facility HVAC systems. Unit of measure will be hourly and the number will be the annual estimated hours. Approximately 5 hours per month for a total of 60 hours annually. Initial Term One Year (1) - Annual Cost of inspections for units at the facility. All materials provided by the Vendor shall be new, unless otherwise stipulated, and compliant with applicable manufacturer's specifications. Replacement arts and other materials may be billed at Vendor's invoiced cost.. The Vendor shall provide copies of material suppliers' invoices to verify costs. Estimated Coast of parts for term of the contract $2,500
