A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Pine Bayou Cross Drain Replacement at Ticheli Road Q & A deadline: Oct 24, 2022 11:00:00 AM EDT Each bid shall be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check or acceptable Bid Bond payable to Ouachita Parish Police Jury in the amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid amount as a guarantee that, if awarded the Contract, the Bidder will promptly enter into a contract and execute such bonds as may be required. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond for the full amount of the Contract in accordance with Article 5 of the General Conditions. In addition, the successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Labor and Material Payment Bond for the Contract in accordance with Article 5 of the General Conditions. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, as provided for in LA R.S.
