529-22-111 Perform Heating Upgrade - Design Build This is a design build solicitation under FAR Part 36.301. All qualified offerors may submit for Phase I. After Phase I evaluation is completed, the Government will notify only the top offerors via email with instructions for Phase II submission; however, Phase II information is also included in this solicitation. Non-Selected Phase I offerors shall be notified that their offeror was not selected for the Phase II of the solicitation. Size standard is $39.5 Million. Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Projects is between$500,000 and $1,000,000.00. Wage Determination PA20220079 dated 10/07/2022 applies to this solicitation and any resultant contract. The Contractor shall be responsible for the correct title and classification of workers and compliance with applicable wage and hour laws. The attached Records Management Language for Contracts shall be part of this solicitation and any resultant award. All Contractor employees and all sub-contractor employees who will be working on the Butler VA Medical Center Station must take the VA Privacy Training for Personnel without access to BA Computer systems or Direct Access to or the Use of VA Sensitive Information before coming on site. Copies of all training must be provided to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). Annual training is required as long as the contract is in place. Contractor can self-enroll in Talent Management Systems (TMS), take training course VA20939, and provide a copy of the training certificate to the COR.
