These services include, in particular, the emptying of sludge from all residences, cottages, institutions and businesses not subject to a MELCC certificate not served by a sewer system and covered by this call for tenders, same as the transport and treatment of this sludge. This treatment includes the reception, homogenization, conditioning and dewatering of septic tank sludge, for the entire duration of the contract. These services also include the recovery of dewatered sludge in a place that complies with the laws and regulations in force in Quebec.
