Reference number : 1673364 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-01-10 The City of Clermont (Project Owner) is requesting tenders for the execution of the construction work described below. Phase 1 is delimited by the blue dotted line on the plan: Construction of new roads including foundations and paving as well as laying of aqueduct, sanitary and storm sewer pipes of different diameters including service connections and laying of necessary accessories (valve, fire hydrant, manhole, catch basin, etc.) for the following streets: - Street A (about 325 meters long) - Street B (starter for future street only) - Street C (about 150 meters long) Installation of aqueduct and storm sewer pipes including the installation of accessories (valve, fire hydrant, etc.) on the following street: - Rue des Érables (about 165 meters long) Replacement of the foundation on the following street: Rue des Érables (about 185 meters long) - Landscaping work including, in particular, the installation of concrete curbs; - Construction of two retention basins, including an outfall into the watercourse; - Installation of a large-diameter elliptical TTOG culvert with gravel, slides and embankment shaping; - Miscellaneous related repair and development work required to carry out the project.
