Submission sent electronically accepted: No DRAINING AND TREATMENT OF SLUDGE FROM SEPTIC TANKS LOCATED ON THE TERRITORY OF THE MRC DE CHARLEVOIX-EST 2023-2027 (MRCCHARLEVOIXEST-2022-100) NOTICE OF TENDER - PUBLIC CALL FOR TENDERS The MRC de Charlevoix-Est is requesting quotes for the emptying and treatment of sludge from septic systems covered by the Regulation respecting the disposal and treatment of wastewater from isolated dwellings (Q-2, r. 22) located on its territory , in accordance with the documents of this invitation to tender. These services include, in particular, the emptying of sludge from all residences, cottages, institutions and businesses not subject to a MELCC certificate not served by a sewer system and covered by this call for tenders, same as the transport and treatment of this sludge. This treatment includes the reception, homogenization, conditioning and dewatering of septic tank sludge, for the entire duration of the contract. These services also include the recovery of dewatered sludge in a place that complies with the laws and regulations in force in Quebec.
