Per the owner, as of September 11, 2023, an award has been made for this solicitation. A timeline for construction has not been determined. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. ……………….. The City of Santa Clara (City) is seeking proposals from qualified firm(s) to provide (a) a noise monitoring system including installation, maintenance, and support services and (b) noise consulting services to include but not limited to analyzing data, preparing custom reports, dealing with noise issues/concerns, and providing recommendations for noise abatement and program changes. The City's preference is to select one firm to provide both the noise monitoring system and consulting services outlined in this Request for Proposals (RFP). However, the City will accept partial proposals. Proposers should address if they are submitting a proposal for the noise monitoring system, consulting services, or both in their cover letter. Please start with and refer to the RFP "Main Document" for a complete summary of the requirements, RFP process, and submission instructions.
