Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Claremont, New Hampshire. Working plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
As of November 23, 2022, no bids were received. No definite date for the rebid. The City of Claremont, on behalf of the Claremont Development Authority (CDA), requests written proposals from firms or individuals interested in salvaging the mezzanine platform inside 56 Opera House Square (photos attached). This interior structure will be demolished unless an interested party commits to salvaging and removing the mezzanine from the property before November 18, 2022. Commitment to complete work no later than November 18, 2022 Commitment to waive City/CDA liability from any loss or injury that may occur during salvage operations. Outline of means and methods to ensure salvage operation will not cause damage to the property and to leave the property in clean, orderly condition after completion of work.
