RFP - Landfill Post Closure Monitoring. The City of Claremont permanently closed its unlined landfill effective July, 2002. As a result, the city is now required to monitor the landfill for the next 30 years. To comply with the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services, Waste Management Division post-closure monitoring at the Claremont landfill, the city is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants for the monitoring. The assignment may also require the development of the groundwater management permit renewal application and compliance with the terms of said permit.
