The Monroe County Road Commission invites qualified firms to submit proposals for Full Construction Engineering for Finzel Road at Stony Creek. Professional services for full construction engineering will include project administration, inspection, and quality assurance testing. Bridge removal and replacement on Finzel Road at Stony Creek in Exeter Township, Monroe County, Michigan. The Consultant's principal contact with the Monroe County Road Commission (MCRC) shall be through the Project Manager. All questions and answers will be placed on the MCRC as soon as possible after receipt of the questions and at least three (3) days prior to the RFP due date deadline. The names of vendors submitting questions will not be disclosed.
