Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Perrysburg, Ohio. Working plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; pre-engineered storage facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.

As of November 22, 2022, project is on hold. No definite date for the rebid. Bids must be submitted via Bid Express Website using the electronic forms furnished by the City. Paper and fax copies will not be accepted for bid submittal. Free registration with Bid Express will allow a bidder to review and print all project plans. A digital ID along with a per bid fee or monthly subscription will be required for bidders to submit an electronic bid. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the form of a Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or Letter of Credit payable to the City of Perrysburg, Ohio, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid or a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the bid. A Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) on the contract price will be required as part of the contract. All inquiries must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM on October 24, 2022. The project is located within the City of Perrysburg corporation limits and is thereby eligible for City Income Tax collection. The City reserves the right reject any and all bids; and reserves the right to accept or reject any and all optional bids offered; and reserves the right to waive any minor informalities or irregularities in the bids received. This project consists of the construction of a storage building near the edge of the existing parking lot located at the existing Fire Station (26100 Fort Meigs Road). Driveway, sidewalk, seeding and other miscellaneous items to make the proposed storage building complete and operational are also included.
