This project consists of, but is not limited to: Construction of a new park entrance, including new entry road location, a reworked parking area, stormwater treatment, construction of a new contact station and removal of existing contact station, new entry gates, drinking water and wastewater upgrades within the entrance area of the park, underground routing of power lines within all public areas of the park, landscaping improvements within the project area, and natural restoration of the existing park entrance. The project is located in the Town of Milton, VT at Sand Bar State Park. The State park entrance is located on Route 2, five miles west of Interstate 89 Exit 17.
