Site work and asbestos abatement for a mixed-use development in Idaho Springs, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and for asbestos abatement for a educational facility.
As of July 19, 2023, construction has not started. Construction on phase I is starting this month. Key trades have been awarded but not all subcontractors are under contract. The estimating phase has been completed. Scope of Services Clear Creek School District is soliciting bids from General Abatement Contractors for the Building 103 - General Abatement Project. The intent of this project is to provide asbestos abatement services within Building 103. Scope of work includes removal of friable asbestos containing material (ACM) and non-friable ACM that will be rendered friable during renovation. ACMs to be removed include miscellaneous materials, surfacing, TSI, and other required items as included in the base bid and alternate scopes of work.
